On June 25th, 2024, Mr. Alex Van De Langenberg, the newly appointed CEO of Kinazi Cassava Processing Plant, paid a courtesy visit to the Ingabo Farmers’ Syndicate. The purpose of his visit was to strengthen collaboration between the two institutions in advancing cassava productivity.
During his visit to the Ingabo Farmers’ Syndicate, Mr. Langenberg was warmly received by Mr. Francois Xavier Mbabazi, his counterpart. They engaged in discussions aimed at enhancing cooperation to boost cassava productivity, which is crucial for economic growth and the self-reliance of farmers both locally and nationally.
Expressing his delight at the visit, Mr. Langenberg emphasized his satisfaction with partnering with the Ingabo Farmers’ Syndicate to promote the cassava value chain, spanning from production to consumption. He remarked, “It is a great pleasure to visit the headquarters of Ingabo Farmers’ Syndicate and I eagerly anticipate our collaboration in advancing cassava productivity.”
